1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select PIN codes in northern India, including parts of Delhi, Gurgaon, Rohtak, and Sonipat. We are actively expanding our delivery network.

Before placing an order, please verify your PIN code is serviceable using the PIN code checker available on our cart page. If your area is not currently serviceable, please WhatsApp us — we will do our best to accommodate you or add your PIN code to our network.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak periods (festivals, sales events), and we will notify you via WhatsApp if there is any delay.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Locations closer to our fulfilment centre (Haryana/Delhi NCR) typically receive their orders within 3–5 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier tracking details via WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to check real-time status.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please WhatsApp us at +91 99999 99999.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., you were unavailable), the courier will typically try again the next business day. After 2–3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

In case of a returned shipment:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charge may apply)
  • If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it after deducting the original shipping cost

7. Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
