We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India via reliable courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Xpressbees — we choose the fastest option based on your location.
Before placing an order, you can verify your PIN code using the PIN code checker on the cart page. If your area isn't currently listed, WhatsApp us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping coming soon!

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak periods (festivals, sales events), and we'll notify you via WhatsApp if there is any delay.

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Locations closer to our fulfilment centre (Delhi NCR/Haryana) typically receive their orders within 3-5 business days.

If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., you were unavailable), the courier will try again the next business day. After 2-3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
In case of a returned shipment:
If your order arrives damaged, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
