Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
• The item was not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• You have proof of purchase (WhatsApp order confirmation)

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased during sale or clearance events
• Customised or personalised products
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery

To initiate a return:

1. WhatsApp us at +91 99999 99999 within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number and a brief reason for the return
3. Send photos of the item showing its current condition
4. We will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 24 hours
5. Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend using a trackable courier service

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case The Dehleez Studio will arrange pickup at no cost.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will:

• Arrange a free pickup of the item
• Offer a full replacement or refund — your choice

Claims made after 48 hours for damaged/incorrect items may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

• UPI payment: Refund within 3–5 business days
• Bank transfer: Refund within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 7 business days

We will send a WhatsApp confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

We currently offer exchanges for size or colour variants (where available), subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. Exchanges are fulfilled within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — you may instead initiate a return after delivery.
