By accessing or using the The Dehleez Studio website (dehleezstudio.in) or by placing an order with us via any channel including WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with our website or business.

The Dehleez Studio is a home essentials brand selling handcrafted textiles and home décor products in India. We connect customers with products inspired by traditional Indian craft traditions. All our products are described to the best of our ability, and we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy in product listings.

We take great care to accurately represent our products, including images, descriptions, sizes, and pricing. However:

• Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting
• Handcrafted items may have minor natural variations — these are not defects but signs of authentic craftsmanship
• Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly from the listed size
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

Orders are currently placed via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or placing the order with the consent of a guardian
• The delivery address provided is accurate and complete
• You will complete payment as agreed via UPI or bank transfer

An order is confirmed only after we send a confirmation message via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of confirmation.

Payment is accepted via:

• UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, and similar apps)
• Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders — please confirm availability when placing your order.

We deliver to select PIN codes in northern India. Delivery timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The Dehleez Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Our return and refund terms are detailed in the Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.

All content on dehleezstudio.in — including text, images, logos, product photographs, and design — is the property of The Dehleez Studio and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
• Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or other customers

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Dehleez Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or neglect of our products
• Loss or damage during transit once the shipment is with the courier
• Indirect losses arising from delayed delivery

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
