Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been shipped.
We are working hard to deliver you fast, so chances are we ship within 3 hours of your order. Please check your order status before requesting a cancellation.
Important: Check your order status first
If your order status shows “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery”, it cannot be cancelled. You can track your order on our Track Order page.
Check your order status
Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID to check if your order has been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped, send us a message on WhatsApp with your Order ID and request cancellation.
Receive confirmation
We will confirm the cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
